Workshop
Workshop with experts
In today's highly competitive talent market and rapidly changing business landscape, it's crucial for Finance departments, Financial Services and Fintech firms to upskill their employees in order to stay relevant in the future. Apart from already existing employees, for these firms the recruiting of skilled university graduates becomes also increasingly important – so that upskilling plays a crucial role in the Hungarian education system, in particular at top universities.
New technologies, shifting market demands, and a constantly evolving regulatory environment are just a few of the factors driving change in financial services in different industries.
- What are the skills that will keep finance organizations relevant? What are specific skill gaps?
- What are best practices in companies?
- What role could companies and universities take in upskilling?
If you are interested in getting answers to these questions, we kindly invite you to the workshop on the 25th of March. We would be grateful for your active contributions during the workshop and for connecting afterwards to jointly elaborate on this topic.
After the kick-off, we are planning to continue with follow-up events, as well as working groups assignments.
